Youth Services CIC is an intervention-led youth service. We work directly with children and young people to step in early, create change and support them back into education, family and community life.
Who we are
Intervention-led, with therapeutic support
The issues young people face can be serious: emotional wellbeing, behaviour, trauma, safeguarding, exploitation, exclusion and SEND. Our response is active and focused on change.
We are not a helpline or a general information service. We work with young people directly, with a clear purpose and clear goals, and we work alongside the families, schools and professionals around them.
Youth Services also has in-house counsellors, and our support can include CBT-informed approaches where appropriate. We’ll discuss each young person’s needs and explain which support is suitable and available.
Our logo shows a circle of young people, each one different, all connected. That is what Youth Services stands for: every young person seen, supported and given the chance of a different future.

Every child deserves a fair shot, no matter the obstacles they face.
Many young people carry heavy burdens. We provide a safe space where those challenges can be met with empathy and understanding, through tailored support and educational initiatives that help them transform their lives.
Our focus is early intervention and prevention, offering therapeutic guidance that encourages resilience and personal growth.
Effective support has to be both compassionate and practical. Our approach uses trauma-informed principles, so we are sensitive to the circumstances that shape each young person’s experiences.
By working closely with schools and other professionals, we build an integrated support system around the young person. We are committed to advocacy, making sure every young person’s voice is heard and their needs are met, paving the way for healthier relationships and improved wellbeing.
